Georgetown, Cayman Islands

During our cruise on the MSC Poesia, we stopped in Georgetown for the day. There was no dock so the boat anchored out to sea and we were brought to shore on smaller boats.   Like Jamaica, Georgetown was a very poor town. Chickens ran freely in the streets and some of the streets were littered with garbage as were the waterways.   The fish are fresh(!) as they are cleaned right on the shoreline. The shoreline is littered with the discarded pieces of the fish so birds are plentiful looking for the scraps.
