On our way to Mammoth Hot Springs, we stopped at the Roosevelt Corrals which is reminiscent of the Old West. Here, we saw the most beautiful horses. We decided to take a stagecoach ride which was a nice way to see the landscape up close.
This picture was not taken at Roosevelt Corrals -- this was taken at a home in Idaho on our way to Salt Lake City, Utah.
These are beautiful photos! I especially love the photo of the cowgirl driving the stagecoach...mainly because it is a photo of me :) I hope you enjoyed your Yellowstone adventure!
ReplyDeleteAlso, if you are interested, the horses in the photos are as follows:
ReplyDeleteThe top photo: the two in the front are Cotton and Duke. Cisco and Chili are in the background (and Sandy's head is peaking out).
Cedar is the horse standing alone.
I am driving Bo and Luke
And Ben is working with Jim and Jack. Jim is the one you can see in the photo.
